A step from completing a major refurbishment, the Hilton Sofia hotel will boast 259 bedrooms, 20 suites, OXBO Restaurant, Regale Bar, 13 meeting rooms including 1 Grand Ballroom.

We are currently looking for people passionate for hospitality to join our Team as Front Desk Shift Leader.

WHAT WILL WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

As a Front Desk Shift Leader, you will contribute to a memorable and exceptional experience every step of the Guest journey. You will be responsible to organise and drive the Team on shift to deliver to the the highest Hilton standards to exceed Guests satisfaction and, therefore, must perform the following tasks:

– Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
– Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required
– Demonstrate a knowledge of Hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
– Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
– Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
– Follow company brand standards

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

– Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
– Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
– Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
– Good organizational and administration skills, attention to details
– Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
– Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
– Competent level of IT proficiency
– Previous experience in cash handling is an advantage
– Excellent Bulgarian and English language skills, both oral and written
– Ability to work under pressure and handle positively last minute requests
– Be flexible to work on shifts;
– Be ready to learn and cope with various responsibilities;
– Have leadership skills.
